Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, these hands-on-classes are designed to build confidence, creativity, and technique. You'll learn professional methods in a relaxed, supportive environment – from perfectly baked bases to eye-catching finishes.

Expect clear guidance, practical tips you can use at home or in business, and plenty of time to practice and ask questions. Most importantly, you'll leave inspired, skilled, and proud of what you've created.
Spaces will be limited to keep classes personal and interactive.

Biscuit Flower Bouquet

Join me for a hands-on baking and decorating workshop where you'll learn the foundations of beautifully decorated cookies from start to finish. I'll guide you through making cookie dough from scratch, rolling, cutting, and baking perfect cookies everytime.


Once baked, the real fun begins. You'll learn how to decorate using fondant sugarpaste, practise over-piping and flood icing, and explore mixing and painting with edible food colours to add fine detail and personality to your designs.


A relaxed, creative session suitable for beginners and keen bakers alike - plus, tea and cake are provided to enjoy along the way.

Join me for a hands-on sponge cake making masterclass designed to build confidence and teach essential baking skills in a relaxed, friendly setting. This class is ideal for beginners and home bakers looking to perfect their sponge cake techniques.
